A style consultation is a great first step when preparing your home for sale. A consultation suits the homeowner who might not need or want to hire or style but wants to update their home and could use some tips on presentation.

We know what works and personalize a report to suit your homes needs. Our expert advice on presentation and how to freshen up a home can make the world of difference and achieve a maximum return on your property.

Your style consultation includes:

  • Onsite visit with one of our stylists.
  • Time: Allow 30mins to 1 hour depending on the size of your home.
  • Room by room report; Our stylist will write up a room by room report following your consultation. This will supply you with the details and tips you need to update your home saving you time and money.
  • We supply you with the contact details of business’ and tradesman that can assist you in areas of painting, handyman work, renovations and repairs, cleaning, de-cluttering, storage, removal, lawn care & maintenance.
  • All details will be within your personalized report.
  • A must do before starting your campaign.
  • As far as furniture and décor, we work on revamping what you have and will give advice on how to present current items in a different way and what items to purchase what colours to use and where to get some good buys.
  • Hire options available; we can cater a home wares, fresh linen and artwork package to help with the presentation. All hire options will be discussed within your consultation and are quoted separately.

Consultation with Mel only £90 - includes 1 hour consultation on how to revamp your home. Consultation is onsite, room by room from the inside out. (usually £150)

Mel will work room by room and use what you have. Giving advice and tips on rearranging, what works best with your space and what items or DIY’s you can do to add value and style to your home.
